Great atmosphere with amazing staff. Friendly and helpful. Reade these days! The bar made it feel a bit fancier than most fast food. The chicken was tender but not chewy like Canes can be sometimes. The value was great. Two big meals with a shake and beer for about 15/person. Highly recommend!
We went and did the Line for the Grand Opening and it was worth it. Everything came out Nice and Hot and worth giving it a try! It Smells so GOOD, just like my Aunty's Kitchen frying up a batch of well seasoned chicken right as you walk in! The Cashier were awesome and even gave recommendations which we appreciated because it was our first time! Was it the Ultimate Best Sandwich we ever had ...No, but its definitely good eats! Remember this is not your aunt's kitchen but it's very good! This was very much needed in the Hot & Growing Alliance Town Center! We recommend trying it and we will be back to try some more Menu Items. A Nice Bonus is that they have a bar and you can watch a game and snack on some wings while in there. The space itself is on the smaller side but they have a lot of seating available. Keep in mind that you will be back to back with your neighbors so try and make some new friends while you're in there. Overall, we had a good experience and Excited for this new Chain. Food is delicious and staff was very friendly and welcoming! Our first experience here and Jessica took the time to point out all the great options on the menu. Will definitely be back!

As a whole everything was surprisingly good. The staff was helpful and polite. All the food tasted fresh and was good and hot. The chicken sandwich I got seemed a little small but it was thick, juicy and GOOD. The crinkle fries were hot and fresh. The Mac n cheese was ok, it had good consistency and thickness but it was a little bland. The wings were also hot fresh and GOOD. We were impressed that everything was hot, tasted fresh and it was all good. We’ll definitely be going back.
First of all....3 Draft Beers till 7pm! How great is that! The lemon pepper wings were great! Chicken sandwich was very good too! Service was wonderful. Staff were friendly and checked on me numerous times! A must visit!
Chicken was definitely made fresh! It was perfect! Nice and juicy! Flavor was on point! Even my picky eaters loved it! As a family it’s rare for us all to agree on one spot! We all agreed this is some delicious chicken!
My Bf saw a YouTuber try Big Chicken this morning and it sounded good so he looked it up and discovered we have one less than 10 minutes from us so we left as soon as they opened . The staff was sooo awesome ! There was this sweet guy at the counter who offered to give us recommendations and had an amazing attitude and smile . The food .... Omg the food was amazing !!! I felt like I was eating food made with love by a sweet old grandmother . It genuinely tasted home cooked. Also the location has a bar?!?! The atmosphere is was cool I wish I could hangout all day lol definitely wish we would’ve discovered it sooner because I’d be begging to eat there every week ! YOU NEED TO TRY THIS PLACE !!! It’s better than canes in my opinion and I’m obsessed with canes haha 10/10 experience
